Marisa Viola is currently the Director of Performance at PLAE where she produces and implements all programming for student athletes from ages 9yo to the elite level. At PLAE, Viola, also acts as an international ambassador and travels around the globe visiting and representing the PLAE brand at universities, colleges, performance centers and at PLAE Labs. Prior to PLAE, Viola was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Rutgers University where she implemented and oversaw all programs at the Hale Center for Olympic Sport athletes. She primarily worked with women's soccer, women's lacrosse, field hockey and women's golf. Prior to Rutgers, Viola was the Assistant for Speed, Strength and Conditioning at Stony Brook University where she assisted with football and lead the program for Softball, Men's Soccer, M/W Tennis and M/W Swimming and Diving. Viola has had speaking engagements for the 2017 NSCA Coaches Conference, 2017 NSCA Georgia State Clinic and the 2017 Regional NIRSA Clinic. Viola is CSCS certified with the NSCA, USAW-1 and FMS-1 certified.
